BP, Big company big loss

British Petroleum Plc (BP), once Britain’s biggest profit-maker, was forced to announce its biggest profit loss ever in the company’s recent quarterly report.

In a mere three months the company went GBP 11-bil into the red on reported revenues of GBP 21-bil. The good news is that the company’s big-shot Tony Haywood has parachuted to another oil and gas company that he will most probably also generate massive losses for.

In the first time in the history of the all-British company an American will lead the company. Most likely a way to control that BP does indeed pay substantial compensation for the mess it made in the Mexican Gulf this year. British actors are now in high demand in the US, where Hollywood directors are always seeking villains to play the bad guy.

This is probably because of the immense PR damage caused by the oil leak, I mean the communications directorate, well whatever – you know what I mean anyway…
